The Seminole Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) since its inception has been hard at work for the City of Seminole. The SEDC has tackled tough community issues such as affordable housing, rail to Seminole, diversity in business practices, infrastructure upgrades, quality of life projects and workforce training and retraining. Below you will find a list of SEDC projects via development agreements. If you will notice the SEDC converted around $1,000,000.00 in incentives to $10,500,000.00 in capital investment for the greater Seminole Community. Additionally, during this period of time, the SEDC has created 134 jobs of which 96 exist today.
If you are interested in opening a business or would like to work with the SEDC to expand your current business, please let us know.
