The Seminole Hospital District is committed to
providing a variety of health care services to the residents of
Seminole, Gaines County and the surrounding areas.
Memorial Hospital is a Level IV
Trauma Center and Emergency Room. The facility offers a special
deliveries maternity program, skilled nursing care, general surgery,
rehabilitation and therapy services, cardiac rehabilitation and
outpatient diagnostic services.
Memorial Health Care Center is
a 79 bed long term care facility.
Memorial Place Assisted Living
is a 16 unit retirement complex.
Seminole Family Medical Clinic
deals primarily with family medicine, obstetrics
and gynecological services.
M.S. Doss Fitness Center
provides exercise equipment, fitness classes, swimming pool, and
racquetball courts.
Memorial Home Health provides
in home skilled nursing care and personal care assistance.
Memorial Hospice of Seminole provides in-home
hospice care to those in our community who have been diagnosed in
the last stages of a terminal illness.
