Local highways offer the ability to quickly move from state to state and city to city. Our highways and farm-to-market roadways open up a wide range of options for the fast movement of freight or the enjoyment of the traveler.
Rail: No local rail at this time.
Although we currently have no rail in Seminole we are working diligently to secure rail for our future. The Seminole Economic Development Corporation is an associate member of the LEAP Rail District out of Midland/Odessa. LEAP has conducted feasibility studies which indicate rail would be a viable transportation option for Seminole. The Texas Department of Transportation has also conducted feasibility studies - we are awaiting the final report.

Commercial Air: Midland International Airport - 60 minutes south; Lubbock International Airport - 80 minutes north
